IX7513 Project Management for Business Administration – online

The online format (online training individual construction of a project plan and review of project plans, constructed by others).

This course is a combination of:

  • Online presentation and discussions,
  • E-learning,
  • Distance team works (by groups of four students),
  • Online project reviews.

This course is an opportunity for students to review cases, but also to create their own cases.

IX7513-LO1:

  • Review and analyse tools to review project definition, plan and performance.

IX7513-LO2:

  • Evaluate communication approach for project tactical steering and direction.

Total Learning time 36 hours:

  • 14 hours online presentation and discussion (online project review and evaluation),
  • 7 hours online study,
  • 15 hours independent study (online project construction and reviews).

Students are expected to attend all lectures/seminars and review engage with online learning resources.

Learning outcome IX7513-LO1 is assessed through:

  • successful participation in online modules (25%).

  • individual presentation of a project plan (25%),
  • individual evaluation of project plan proposed by another student (25%),
  • final peer review feedback (25%).
